Services and Products
A committed group of agriculture producers are coordinating an
effort with the Farm Bureau, Cooperative Extension Service,
Licking River Valley RC&D Council, and Harrison Co. Ag.
Development Council in the matter of marketing products produced
in Harrison County. The result of this activity will be the
creation of a map that shows the location of producers in Harrison
County and what they have for sale.
The map will be placed on a website to allow for updating. A
list of the producers will also be done and it will be categorized
according to the item(s) that are for sale. All agriculture
related products are eligible to be listed on the map and its
corresponding reference list. Hard copies of the map will also be
distrubuted once it is completed. Updates will be done on the
website in order to maintain a degree of accuracy. The partnership
for this is called "Harrison Ag. Products and Services".
